Fewer pilings. Our engineered beams span up to 50 feet without middle pilings or supports, which allows natural sea flow to continue beneath the pier and reduces debris collecting around posts.
Why build the pier in the shop?
Building in-house lets us control quality and work in a controlled setting rather than fighting weather and tide. The finished sections are then loaded onto the barge and set with the crane.
Is a long-span pier more expensive?
Fewer pilings means less in-water work, which keeps the approach cost-effective. Cost depends on the site, so we quote after seeing it.
Can this approach work on my shoreline?
