We build and repair seawalls and retaining walls and carry out shoreline stabilization work for waterfront property owners throughout Midcoast Maine.
Every property is different, so we start by looking at the site: how exposed it is, what the soil and ledge are doing, and what's already in place. From there we lay out what the work involves and what it will take.

How do I know if my shoreline needs work?
Common signs are undercut banks, slumping lawn or ledge fill, stone that has shifted out of place, and material washing out after storms. We'll come look and give you a straight assessment.
What kind of wall is right for my property?
It depends on exposure, soil, ledge, tide range and what's already there. We walk the site with you before recommending an approach — we don't quote a solution sight unseen.
Do you repair existing seawalls?
Yes. Repair, partial rebuild and full replacement are all work we do, including storm damage.
Is permitting required?
Shoreline work in Maine generally involves state and local review. Requirements are confirmed with the relevant agencies for your specific property.
